22TEN Kitchen Cocktails to open before Thanksgiving

The new south Sioux Falls restaurant 22TEN Kitchen Cocktails is wrapping up construction and preparing to open before Thanksgiving.
The new concept from WR Hospitality is located at 69th Street and Western Avenue in the former Beef ‘O’ Brady’s space.
The site has been totally redone, opened up and designed with an open kitchen and bar.
“Next week, the furniture comes in, booths and tables and chairs. All the furniture will be comfortable,” CEO Don Anderson said.
“To us, it feels like a neighborhood place. Is it going to be a nice neighborhood place? Yes, but it’s going to be comfortable and with today’s product. That was our main focus, to make it today’s product and to modernize.”
The menu includes appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and entrees with a variety of ethnic influences.
This brie appetizer features a blueberry-lemon compote with candied almonds and arugula.
The house burger is served with a pork belly jam, chevre, garlic aioli, arugula and tomato confit.
There will be a plated brunch served on weekends, when the restaurant will open at 10 a.m.
Pricing was designed to be “fair and reasonable,” Anderson said.
“We want you here more than once a week. We think that’s what a neighborhood place it will be.”
