Acreage near nature area tops sales report at $1.1M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 22 was $1,075,000 for an acreage near Beaver Creek Nature Area, southeast of Brandon.
The 5,900-square-foot home was built in 2007 and sits on 10 acres. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a three-season room, wine cellar and a theater room with tiered seating and a wet bar. A heated shop building has a core floor.
