Carolan Rental & N-flatable Fun has closed.

A sign on the door of its location at 620 N. Cliff Ave. in Harrisburg indicates Oct. 29 was the last day in business.

The business moved from Sioux Falls to Harrisburg a few years ago. It was Keller Rental and then acquired by Jamie Carolan in 2009.

“I’ve had some showings, and there’s some interest,” said Craig Hagen of NAI Sioux Falls, who has the property listed for sale.

“It’s got an office with a large warehouse shop, and it’s almost 15,000 square feet, with over 5 acres of land. So anybody – a contractor or subcontractor – who needs an office or yard and shop would be a user for this property and beyond that anyone who needs ground for surface display for sales would be a good user.”
