Citi announces new location

Citi is moving its Sioux Falls headquarters to the southwest side of town.
The 19-acre site is part of the Edges office development at interstates 29 and 229 which is part of Interstate Crossing Business Park.
Construction of the four-story, 150,000-square-foot building will start in April and is expected to be done by the end of 2019, according to a statement from Citi.
A groundbreaking will be this spring and include a design and details of the project.
“The new facility will feature state-of-the art technology and will incorporate goals of Citi’s Sustainable Progress Strategy. This overall commitment to action on climate change includes 2020 goals for energy, waste and water reduction and green building,” the statement said.
