Contractor’s home in Crown Pointe tops sales report at $1.3 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Nov. 16 was $1.3 million for a two-story brick home in the Crown Pointe neighborhood near Pasley Park.

The 5,700-square-foot home was built by the contractor/owner in 2000 and sits on more than a half-acre. It has five bedrooms and six baths. Features include a deck with a massive stone fireplace that overlooks the outdoor pool and patio.
