Country estate tops sales report at $1.1M

The most expensive home sale for the week of Feb. 5 was $1.1 million for a country estate in a luxury neighborhood southeast of Sioux Falls.
The 5,000-square-foot house on 9 acres north of Good Earth State Park features several amenities such as an in-ground pool and a master bedroom with an adjoining workout studio and sauna.
