Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen is back open for diners.

The restaurant closed for about a week to redo its kitchen floor and ended up adding a fountain soda machine to replace glass bottles.

Those have become “increasingly difficult to source,” the restaurant said in a statement.

The owners also acknowledged the need to increase prices slightly because of rising food and labor costs.

“It’s always been our goal to operate with a few key ideals. First is to offer you delicious and unique dishes, prepared from scratch with proper technique and never cutting corners. Next is to foster a healthy workplace environment where staff can learn and grow their culinary skills and do so while earning a livable wage,” they said. “In order for us to continue to operate with those ideals, we need to make occasional adjustments to keep up with rising costs.”

Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
