Bring your dog to the movies Thursday, June 22, as Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. partners with Shop Dog Boutique to present “Best in Show,” a “mockumentary for dog lovers.”

The event starts at 7 p.m. on the fifth level of the First Avenue parking ramp at 110 E. 11th St.

Craft beer from Prairie Berry East Bank/Miner Brewing will be sold, and there will be yard games, concessions and free bags of dog biscuits for the first 50 in attendees. The movie starts at dusk.

Those who “like” Shop Dog Boutique on Facebook and follow the page can win reserved front-row chairs, two craft beers, snacks, dog treats and a Busy Bee toy.

Event-goers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, and free parking is available on the first four levels of the parking ramp. No outside food or beverage is allowed as proceeds benefit the DTSF organization, which helps to keep events free to the public. All films have adult themes, so viewer discretion is advised.
