Easter brunch menu features three courses at Grille 26

A three-course brunch with an array of salads, entrees and desserts will greet Easter guests April 16 at Grille 26.
 
The restaurant has released its special brunch menu, which includes:
 
A first course featuring buffet-style salads, including Italian pasta salad, apple spinach salad, G26 chop salad, fresh fruit, potato salad and Oreo cookie salad, along with muffins and pastries, and cheese and crackers.
 
Guests choose their plated second course with options of eggs Benedict, roasted turkey, pork marsala, pepper tortellini, prime rib of beef, pecan salmon, pepper flank steak, Cajun quiche and Denver omelet.
 
Dessert is a buffet of delicious goodies, featuring a sampling from The Cake Lady of Sioux Falls.
