Eat Fit Go is closing its Sioux Falls location.

The Omaha-based business opened the store here three years ago with a mission of providing healthy, great-tasting meals. Its grab-and-go meals, which were prepared in Omaha, also were available at other businesses such as Lewis Drug downtown.

The store at 3509 W. 57th St. will be open for a few days while the remaining inventory is sold. Rexius Nutrition Products are buy one, get one free. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

The number of Eat Fit Go stores has been dwindling. When the company filed for bankruptcy in September 2018, it had more than 30 stores, according to news reports. In April, it announced new investors, executive leadership and growth plans. According to its website, there are 13 remaining stores in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Colorado.
