EmBe accepting Women’s Leadership Program applicants

The deadline is 5 p.m. Oct. 25 to apply for the next session of EmBe’s Women’s Leadership Program.
Since 2011, more than 200 women have completed the program, which includes a year of mentoring, a two-day retreat and six training sessions. Participants create a personal development plan that includes personal and professional goals.
Women from any career field are encouraged to apply.
“The EmBe Women’s Leadership Program has been an empowering experience on my lifelong journey to be my best self. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, it has been an incredible experience to build relationships with women in fields I would have scarcely crossed paths with otherwise, said Sara Lum, a 2018 participant.
“They inspire me and we support each other in ways that set the groundwork for defining leadership on a personal level and becoming better leaders within our families, organizations, community and/or state.”
Up to 25 applicants will be notified of their acceptance to the program by Nov. 30.
