Dani Fashion Outlet opened today on West 41st Street, offering overstocked brand-name clothing for women and juniors.

Owner Jennifer Lozano buys clothing, jewelry, handbags and makeup in bulk directly from department stores.

“We’re getting new merchandise all the time,” she said.

The store carries brand names like Guess, Calvin Klein, Jessica Simpson and Tommy Hilfiger, and it has department store brands from retailers such as Macy’s and Dillard’s.

Typical prices are 60 percent to 75 percent off retail price, Lozano said. Most of the store’s sweaters and casual tops, for example, are less than $15. Many casual and formal dresses are less than $25. Most items have original tags, so shoppers can see the initial and marked-down prices. Clothing sizes range from XS to 3X.

There’s also a large selection of Champion athletic wear and other brands for women and juniors and a small selection for boys and girls.

Dani Fashion Outlet has winter, spring and summer merchandise on the racks.

“It’s February, and it’s that time when everyone is clearing out their winter stuff, and we’ve got spring and summer pieces already, and you can get it at a discount now,” Lozano said.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The store is at 3101 W. 41st St. on the south end of a retail and office building that includes Fuddruckers and other businesses.

Lozano’s daughter Kayla will help her in the store.
