Former Black Sheep building demolished

The building that for years was home to Black Sheep Coffee and other businesses is coming down.

Demolition started Wednesday on the building at 11th Street and Grange Avenue, to make way for a new Kum & Go.

It will be the seventh location in the Sioux Falls market for the gas station and convenience store.

Black Sheep has been renamed The Source Roasterie + Taproom and is moving to the Jones building under construction on Phillips Avenue. Lalibela Restaurant, which also had a location there, started a Gofundme campaign online in March to try covering a gap with bank financing on a new location.
