Former Parade of Homes winner tops sales report

The most expensive home sale for the week of Feb. 18 was $570,000 for a 2010 Parade of Homes winner.
The four-bedroom, three-bath home on the east side of Sioux Falls has 3,600 square feet. It’s a walkout ranch with a screened deck that overlooks a greenway.
