Summer is getting closer, which means there’s not much time left to taste the early spring flavors on Minervas’ latest feature menu.
Here’s a sampling of what you must try while these chef-driven selections last.
Buffalo flat iron steak
We start with a Midwestern-raised buffalo and add parsnip puree, steamed broccolini, heirloom tomatoes, an aged balsamic reduction and Sambal chili sauce for an outstanding entree.
Market fish
We’ve enjoyed a beautiful section of seafood recently — halibut is pictured here. We serve our featured market fish with new potatoes, carrots, spinach and piccata sauce for a fresh spring flavor.
Strawberry velvet cake
The Cake Lady delivers for dessert with this creation featuring Red Velvet cake layers, a strawberry swirl cheesecake layer, strawberry jam, cream cheese frosting, strawberries and a chocolate ganache drizzle.
