What better place to learn to eat healthier than one that specializes in making the meals for you?

GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness nutrition lead Austin Kjergaard will lead a nutrition seminar Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at Eat Fit Go, 3509 W. 57th St.

It’s designed for members of the GreatFIT Challenge, a six-week lifestyle-changing program going on now.

Participants and guests can ask questions of Kjergaard for 60 to 90 minutes while he shares nutrition advice.

“Some of the topics we’ve covered in previous sessions include whether protein makes you bulky, whether carbohydrates at night are bad and how to stay on track with your nutrition while traveling,” he said.

Eat Fit Go is a great setting for the event, he added.

GreatLIFE partners with Eat Fit Go to carry its pre-made meals at its Woodlake and Performance Center locations. GreatLIFE members also receive 10 percent off on purchases when showing their key fob.

“Eat Fit Go is a great choice for people as they provide a variety of healthy meals that are prepped and ready to go,” Kjergaard said.

“One of the biggest struggles for people is meal prep and variety, and Eat Fit Go provides both. Want to go out to eat but struggle to find something healthy? You can pick up meals at Eat Fit Go and bring them back home for dinner, or you can eat there in their lounge area.”
