Hartford brewery to open next month

Buffalo Ridge Brewing plans to open Nov. 10 in Hartford.

The brewery is in a new 4,000-square-foot building in downtown Hartford and is owned by Chris and Callie Tuschen and Damon and Krystal Sehr.

Tickets to a private preview event sold out in less than 12 hours, according to the brewery’s Facebook page.

Buffalo Ridge will have a 5-barrel system with the capacity to brew 500 barrels a year, with space and plans to expand to 1,500 barrels a year in the near future.

It will feature a rotating tap list of 12 to 14 beers. Some styles will be featured all year along, and there will be a variety of seasonal brews. The brewery will include a patio on the front side. Inside will feature an open space with windows into the brewery.
