Haven’t booked your holiday event yet? You’re in luck with these rare openings

Here’s the first thing to know about the dining dates we’re about to share with you: They won’t remain available for long.

“We rarely have space available for corporate or social events this time of year,” said Anastasia Morgan, manager at Morrie’s Steakhouse.

“But sometimes circumstances change, and this season we happen to have a few openings for those who act fast.”

Note: This will change, so the best way to ensure your group can get booked is to call as soon as possible to check on available space and lock in your date.

Here’s what to know about what’s available.

Executive Board Room

The Morrie’s Executive Board Room is an ideal space for smaller gatherings. It’s located off the popular lounge and seats up to 25 for dinner and up to 15 if you’re making a presentation. There is an $800 food and beverage minimum and an automatic 20 percent gratuity.

If you’re looking for a holiday feel for your event, this room is available Dec. 30.

Private Dining Room

For larger rooms, Morrie’s Private Dining Room offers a comfortable setting off the main dining room. It seats up to 50 for a dinner and 35 for a presentation. There is a $1,200 food and beverage minimum and an automatic 20 percent gratuity.

This room is full in December but has options in January.

January options

Think you can’t possibly fit one more event into the holiday season? Many businesses are holding their celebrations in January. It’s a great way to reflect on one year and look ahead to the next.

Both Morrie’s rooms are available Jan. 2, 12, 14, 19, 21, 25, 26 and 31. The Executive Board Room also is open Jan. 20, 24 and 27, and the Private Dining Room also is open Jan. 9, 16, 23 and 30.
