Historical ‘toys’ returning to Arnolds Park as medical firm buys Boji Bay

A growing Iowa medical staffing firm is buying Boji Bay Fun House & Event Center in Milford, Iowa.
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is in the middle of a large expansion and is adding the property that currently is the fun house and event center.
“It really seems like it’s going to be a win, win, win situation for all of us,” GrapeTree CEO Tim Kinnetz told Explore Okoboji.
The historical “toys” in the building, which include a slide, sugar bowl and barrel, will be returned to Arnolds Park as a donation that will coincide with a renovation project at the amusement park.
An events stage also will be donated to Arnolds Park.
Boji Bay’s restaurant, That One Place, will be closed during remodeling, but Kinnetz said the plan is to replace it with another restaurant.
