The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 24 was $685,000 for a home along Skunk Creek on the west side of Sioux Falls.
The 4,200-square-foot-home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ranch walkout features a fireplace on the partially covered deck and a fire pit in the backyard. The lower level family room also has a fireplace and a wet bar. There’s a core floor garage.
