The most expensive home sale for the week of Sept. 2 was a house in the Arthur Estates development along Bakker Crossing Golf Course south of Sioux Falls that sold for $875,000.
The five-bedroom, four-bath ranch walkout has 4,100 square feet and sits on 1.25 acres. The back yard extends to the neighborhood’s lake and features a sand beach.
