Home in south Sioux Falls tops sales report at $830,000

The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 10 was $830,000 for a home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood of south Sioux Falls.
The 5,400-square-foot home northeast of Western Avenue and Ralph Rogers Road has four bedrooms and five baths. It was built in 1991 and features a lower-level media area, a three-season room and a backyard waterfall.
