The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 4 was $891,500 for a home in south Sioux Falls.
The 5,800-square-foot home was built in 2003 by Deffenbaugh Homes on a half-acre lot near 69th Street and Western Avenue. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
