Home tops sales report at $1.9M; two others surpass $1.5M mark

Three houses topped the million-dollar mark in the sales report for the week of Aug. 26.
The homes sold for $1.91 million, $1.6 million and $1.55 million. The No. 1 seller features an impressive view of the Sioux Falls skyline and has five bedrooms and six baths in its 8,200 square feet of Cape Cod-styled space. It was built by Deffenbaugh Homes in 2012. The home has three fireplaces, two laundry rooms and two lower-level family rooms, along with a wet bar, mini-kitchen and a fitness center. Outside, there’s a saltwater sport pool.
