An indoor triathlon this weekend will give athletes a taste of competition while raising money for a good cause.

It will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at EmBe in downtown Sioux Falls and consist of 10 minutes of swimming, 15 minutes of biking and a 15-minute run.

Registration is $30, and all proceeds will be donated.
