Louise Avenue retail center on the market

By Jodi Schwan

A long-vacant space in a prime retail area is back on the market.

The former Coco Palace space on Louise Avenue north of 41st Street is available for lease through Ryan Ammann of NAI Sioux Falls.

It’s about 4,700 square feet and is next to Puerto Vallarta.

The entire strip mall also is available for sale as another option.

“This retail space offers the unique identifiable location in the epicenter of the local and regional market,” Ammann said. “It has fantastic visibility and coveted drive-up access, even though it is on perhaps the most desirable thoroughfare in the state. The space-size options also fit well into the current footprint of many tenants and buyers.”

It’s one of several properties he was marketing this week at RECON, the retail real estate industry’s largest convention in Las Vegas.

The building is owned by the same franchisees who have Buffalo Wild Wings in Sioux Falls. It’s across the street from their restaurant’s Louise Avenue location.
