Building an organization that can innovate and adapt for the future is the focus of a workshop March 6 from the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.

Matt Heemstra, an author and the director of growth and profit solutions at Cain Ellsworth & Company LLP,  will take participants through a simple but powerful process to take organizations where they need to go.

The hourlong session will begin at noon at the chamber’s office, 200 N. Phillips Ave.
