Midcentury modern home designed by architect tops sales report at $800,000

The most expensive home sale for the week of Sept. 16 was $800,000 for a house that was built in 1960 for the owners of Lakeside Dairy, according to the listing for the property.

The home, which has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, was designed by architect Howard Parezo, whose work includes the Minnehaha County Administration Building. The 4,800-square-foot house sits on almost two acres near 57th Street and Minnesota Avenue.
