Miner Brewing, Prairie Berry to open Friday

Sept. 13, 2018

Miner Brewing Co. and Prairie Berry Winery Taproom opens in its new location Friday afternoon.

The new space on the south side of the Western Mall has seating for 90 customers.

“We’re so excited to be open again in Sioux Falls,” said Angela Avila, director of sales and marketing. “The anticipation and encouragement from our guests and neighbors has meant the world to us, and we can’t wait to start sharing in the good times in our new space.”

Prairie Berry East Bank closed its downtown Sioux Falls location in April, and the renamed business has been working since then to build out its new home.

For the opening, Miner Brewing will feature 13 of its craft beers on tap, including new releases Oktoberfest, Pineapple Perry, and Stampmill Stout.

Pumpkin Bog, Prairie Berry Winery’s seasonal fall wine release, will be available along with over 20 other wines, including wine on tap.

The popular Craft Beer & Bingo events will return Oct. 20.

Hours will be 3 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
