Monkey Bizness to close Sioux Falls location

Nov. 2, 2018

Kids’ indoor play center Monkey Bizness is closing after less than a year in business.

The Colorado-based company’s owners had ties to Sioux Falls, which prompted them to open near Spezia at 57th Street and Louise Avenue.

The last day will be Nov. 5.

“We would like to thank our loyal customers that have visited us over the past eight months. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make a go of it,” the business said in its closure announcement.

“We wish our customers the best going forward and encourage you to keep active. Our mission is to help create happy and healthy families in the community, and in our short time here, hopefully, we helped accomplish that. We hope to see you between now and Nov. 5.”

The almost 3,000-square-foot space is available for sublease with Alexis Konstant of Lloyd Cos.

“The open layout, quality neighboring tenants and surrounding highest trafficked intersections in Sioux Falls provide great opportunity and exposure for a successful retail storefront,” she said.
