Napolitanos’ restaurant has a name: Pizza di Paolo

The new pizza shop coming to South Minnesota Avenue from the Napolitano family has a name: Pizza di Paolo.
Dennis and Linda Napolitano, the parents of Breadico founder David Napolitano, plan to open the restaurant in September but haven’t set a date yet.
The name is part of family history, Dennis Napolitano said.
He has been working since April to build the brick pizza oven and set up the restaurant in a retail center at 2300 S. Minnesota Ave. between Caribou Coffee and Ramen Fuji.
