It didn’t take long for Harrisburg residents to start supporting their newest restaurant.

Big J’s Roadhouse BBQ & Grill, which opened this week near Air Madness along North Cliff Avenue has enjoyed steady crowds, the manager said.

It’s a second location for Big J’s, which opened a few years ago in Humboldt.

Here’s a sampling of the menu, which includes smoked platters, hand-pattied burgers, steak, seafood and sandwiches such as a prime rib French dip.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
