Pancheros Mexican Grill opens its second Sioux Falls location Aug 22.

The restaurant is in the same 41st Street building as Schlotzsky’s, which opened earlier this summer.

Pancheros also has a location at 4824 S. Louise Ave. The build-your-own burrito chain is known for its fresh-made burritos and approach to mixing ingredients within the burrito.

The menu also include tacos, quesadillas and salads.
