You’ll wonder whether you’ve stepped into a new luxury home or a downtown loft when you tour a house featured on the Spring Parade of Homes.

Built by Trademark Homes, it’s located in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The Spring Parade of Homes is organized by the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire Inc. and features about 80 new homes in the Sioux Falls area at a variety of price points.

The event runs from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and next weekend. For information, click here.
