Parade of Homes winner tops sales report at $1.1 million

The most expensive home sale for the week of Aug. 31 was $1,125,000 for a 2018 Parade of Homes winner.

The 4,800-square-foot ranch walkout built by Jeren Homes has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The backyard includes a salt water pool and a log gazebo. There’s an adjacent enclosed hot tub area that’s also accessible from the lower-level game room and bar.
