Parade of Homes winner tops sales report at $1M

The most expensive home sale for the week of Oct. 7 was $999,500 for a house in the exclusive Grand Prairie neighborhood that was a winner in this year’s Fall Parade of Homes.

The 6,000-square-foot custom-built house by NRG Homes has six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are in Sioux Falls unless noted.
