Kendra Wieringa is the happiness coordinator. She helps coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and develops interoffice communications. She previously worked for American State Bank as a universal banker.

Amy Frankman has been promoted to mortgage loan originator at Security National Bank, transitioning from her previous role in retail banking. She started her career at the bank as a personal banker. She was promoted to assistant branch manager, branch manager and then retail banking manager.
