Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan Jackson is the vice president of administration. He began his career in 2009 at MetaBank and most recently served as director of information security. Jackson oversees the company’s properties, human resources operations and technology functions, as well as the executive administration support teams.

Arnie Martens is the vice president of tax accounting. Martens was hired at Meta in 2015 as a senior accountant and was promoted previously within the department.

Ryan O’Toole is an analyst II in the financial investigation unit at MetaBank. O’Toole joined Meta in 2016 as a financial intelligence analyst.

Lynn Pudwill is a senior financial analyst. Pudwill worked for almost two decades at Citi, where she earned awards in both quality excellence and leadership.

Kristen Sandhurst is the accounting director. Sandhurst, a CPA, will supervise the general accounting staff.

Lisa Bassing is a systems analyst in the IT department. Bassing has several years of experience in software engineering.

HenkinSchultz Creative Services has hired two staff members.

Kaitlin Brodeur is a content strategist. She’s a 2017 graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. She interned at EmBe this past summer.

Kirsten Muhmel is a graphic designer. She graduated last year from South Dakota State University, with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. While at SDSU, she worked at the graphic design shop on campus and served internships at the South Dakota Art Museum and a Sioux Falls marketing agency.

Kim Hefner-Hines

Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire

Kim Hefner-Hines, president of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire and general manager of Allen Homes Inc., has received two honors from the National Association of Home Builders. Hefner-Hines received the Bill Polley Advocate of BUILD-PAC Award and the Associate of the Year Award.

Washington Pavilion

Kerri DeGraff

Kerri DeGraff will join the Washington Pavilion as the chief development officer Feb. 12. DeGraff most recently served as the development director for Feeding South Dakota for six years. Before that, she worked for five years with the Sioux Empire United Way as the community impact director.
