A physical therapy clinic specializing in exercises for headaches and jaw pain is expected to open Aug. 9 in southwest Sioux Falls.

InReach Physical Therapy will be in Prairie Hills Galleria at 69th Street and Western Avenue.

InReach is the first clinic to operate under a newly established brand in the Physical Rehabilitation Network, a nationwide network of clinics across the western and central United States first established in 1991.

One of the goals of InReach is to make physical therapy accessible.

“You can just come right in, and we’ll get you taken care of,” said Rob Plemel, owner and location director.

Plemel said he wants people to learn the exercises they need to relieve pain on their own too.

InReach specializes in managing jaw pain, headaches and posture issues, often things people experience but don’t know where to find the right treatment.

“Movement is typically the answer,” Plemel said.

InReach also offers trigger point dry needling, a service using the same type of needle as used in acupuncture to help tense muscles relax.
