The most expensive home sale for the week of July 9 was $1,060,000 for three-bedroom, four-bath home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood on the south side of Sioux Falls.

The 8,200-square-foot house was built in 1995 and has been completely remodeled. It features an indoor sport court and an 80-foot-long deck overlooking an outdoor pool. The patio area includes a fireplace and outdoor kitchen.
