You can get on track for the rest of 2019 and beyond with a six-week program starting Oct. 10 at GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness.

It’s the GreatFIT Challenge, which has helped many participants lose 20 to 30 pounds and — more importantly — get on the road to a healthy lifestyle.

Challenge participants receive one-on-one coaching, group accountability, nutrition coaching and plenty of opportunity to get moving and have fun.

“You just learn from each other,” said Lynn Jendersee, who participated last year with a team from work.

“It was a shift in how I lived, learning to eat and how to exercise and how to incorporate that into my daily life. So it wasn’t something that was so drastic I couldn’t do it.”

She lost 20 pounds, and her husband later followed her lead and lost 15.

“This is great for those looking to lose weight, those who need accountability and for anyone looking to change up their fitness routine,” GreatLIFE president Nick Ovenden said.

“The GreatFIT Challenge equips you with the tools most people need to start to make long-term behavioral changes that help lead to a lifetime of fitness.”

Participants can register at any GreatLIFE facility. Pricing is $75 for repeat members, $99 for first-time participants who are GreatLIFE members and $129 for non-members.
