Get ready for No. 11: Silverstar Car Wash is ready to build again.

The next car wash will be at the development known as The Crossroads at 12th Street and Interstate 29 — the former site of Gage Brothers Concrete Products.

“We picked this location because it was one of the areas of town where we lacked a convenient location for our members,” regional manager Andrea Vetos said.

“The traffic count at this location is fantastic, and many of the potential neighbors at this new site will be complementary to what we offer, giving us strong retail traffic from morning to evening.”

The layout will be similar to recent new locations at 57th and Graystone or 85th and Minnesota, she said.

“It will have free high-powered vacuums, free compressed-air detail tools to help customers clean hard-to-reach areas of the interior of their car, and our free microfiber towels,” she said.

“Some newer features that we’ll offer here are our dedicated mat cleaning room, which will house our Super Mat Cleaner that shampoos mats to remove winter gunk or built-up dust; we’ll also have an exclusive VIP lane for our unlimited pass members.”

Construction on the 11th location will begin this month, with opening scheduled for April 2022.

Other businesses coming to The Crossroads include Northern Tool + Equipment.
