There’s a new addition at Dawley Farm Village.

T-Mobile has opened a wireless store on the north end of the development next to Ulta.

It’s part of a retail center that also includes Jersey Mike’s Subs, Waxing the City and Envy Nails.

“It’s one of the best spaces in the whole center,” said Ryan Tysdal of Van Buskirk Cos., who put the deal together.

“They fell in love with it when they drove the site. But like many of these deals, it took quite some time to negotiate and get across the finish line. It was literally 25 months from start to end.”

It’s the second T-Mobile location in Sioux Falls.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

There are two spaces left to lease in the building, including a 4,000-square-foot end space where “we are currently negotiating a deal with a national tenant, and we hope to announce that in the next few months,” Tysdal said.

That leaves one 1,900-square-foot space remaining.
