South Dakota was CNBC’s top state for business in 2013. Four years later, it has dropped to No. 24.
The 205,000-square-foot full-service warehouse and distribution center will be owned by Win Chill LLC, a group of investors with ties to Sioux Falls-area development, transportation and logisitics.
“We’re very upbeat,” commissioner Scott Stern said. “We’ve got a lot of projects in place, and not just pie-in-the-sky stuff. Things we’re really excited about, which bears out in Sioux Falls.”
