Call it a sampling of what’s to come.

Some of the more than 20 restaurants participating in the Sept. 14 Taste of Sioux Falls fundraiser for SculptureWalk are sharing what diners will be able to try there.

Morrie’s Steakhouse will serve this bacon dish at Taste of Sioux Falls.

Grille 26: Black and blue steak tips — Blackened steak chislic, gorgonzola cream sauce and tomato relish.

Holiday Inn: Shrimp and sausage etouffee — A dish found in Cajun and Creole cuisine that typically is served with shellfish over rice and employs a technique known as “smothering.”

Minervas: Walleye croquettes — Freshwater walleye with wild rice, dill, red pepper remoulade sauce and arugula salad.

Morrie’s Steakhouse: Smoked bacon slab — Nueske’s bacon with local Dimock cheddar and jalapeno grits topped with Morrie’s house sauce.

Ode to Food & Drinks: Green curry pho — a soup with rice noodles, shrimp, cabbage, ginger and garlic.
