Three houses top $1M in sales report

Three houses sold for more than $1 million in the week of May 22.

The most expensive home sale was $1,165,000 for an acreage near Valley Springs with a heated stable and a riding arena. The No. 2 spot went to half of a new twin home near 85th Street and Western Avenue that sold for $1,103,000. No. 3 was a home in the Grand Prairie neighborhood south of Prairie Green Golf Course that sold for $1,050,000.
