Top home sale nudges at $1M

The most expensive home sale for the week of Dec. 18 was $990,000 for a five-bedroom house in the Old Orchard Addition.
More condominium units in the new Washington Square mixed-use building downtown also made the top 10 list. This week, there are three homes; last week, there were seven.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are in Sioux Falls unless noted.
