The most expensive home sale for the week of April 13 was $800,000 for a home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 6,200-square-foot home was built in 1993. It has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and features an outdoor pool, according to property records.
