Total Card Inc. is starting operations at its new Lake Lorraine headquarters.

The 40,000-square-foot, two-story building will provide the company space to grow, its leaders said.

“Our continued growth in credit servicing and call center operations made it necessary to build more space,” president Greg Ticknor said. “We couldn’t think of a better place to locate our new corporate headquarters than the Lake Lorraine development. This new building provides our employees and clients with convenient access and amenities you won’t find anywhere else in the region.”

Total Card provides customized call center support and financial products and services and also issues its own credit cards. It has issued millions of Visa and MasterCard accounts and serviced accounts for a growing number of Fortune 500 companies.

The company has grown to 300 employees in three locations. The Sioux Falls office was located at 5109 S. Broadband Lane.

“With the addition of our Longview, Texas, facility last year and this new building, we have the ability to meet our clients’ servicing needs for years to come,” Ticknor said.
