Take a look at Augustana’s new Froiland Science Complex and network with the biotech industry at an event Thursday, July 12.

South Dakota Biotech is organizing the networking event, which is open to the public and runs from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

“If you haven’t been inside the Froiland Complex yet, you’re in for a fantastic experience,” said Joni Johnson, executive director of South Dakota Biotech.

“This is a perfect way to get a look at how our next generation is learning and catch up with a broad sector of professionals in our biotech industry.”

Augustana president Stephanie Herseth Sandlin also is planning to attend.

“Augustana, through the work it’s doing at the Froiland Complex, is helping prepare students to meet our industry’s needs,” Johnson said. “We’re grateful for their partnership and excited to connect our industry to the Augustana community.”
